Deborah Lentz, Director of Administration and Finance
With 10 years of expertise in corporate management, Deborah leads the business units responsible for administration, human resources, customer relations, and finance and accounting. She joined Falcon Global in 2007. During her tenure, Deborah has been integral in establishing and implementing new business processes, improving operational and management efficiencies, and in human resources development.
An experienced executive, Deborah has an outstanding record of activity in the business community. She is a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and its Women’s Network; a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Her responsibilities include philanthropic activities and representing Falcon Global as a volunteer for organizations such as Boston Cares and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Deborah attended the University of Rhode Island and Framingham State College. She is currently working towards her Professional in Human Resources license through SHRM at Merrimack College.
