A. Falcon is an TSA-approved Indirect Air Carrier (IAC). We aggressively monitor all developments in the rapidly changing worldwide security environment.
Q. Do you provide complete, door-to-door service, including cross-border customs clearance?
A. Falcon will arrange and monitor all transportation, door to door. We will also provide timely cross-border customs clearance, where required, to expedite the door-to-door process.
Q. Do you work with our vendors to schedule and coordinate inbound shipments?
A. Falcon will initiate contact and work with all vendors in the supply chain to ensure smooth and timely product flow to the manufacturer, including complete information flow to assist in review and planning functions.
Q. Do you provide track and trace functions?
A. Complete track and trace functions are available on our website. Historical data and reporting may also be accessed from the site.
Q. Can you provide after hours and weekends emergency service?
A. Our services are available to you on a 24/7/365 basis, anywhere you may require them.
Q. Do you provide historical data on shipments and costs to assist in Supply Chain Process Management?
A. Falcon will provide all the shipment transaction and cost detail, in the format you specify.
Q. What if we have a new vendor, trade show or customer in any offshore or domestic location?
A. If you have a trade show in any offshore or domestic location, Falcon will coordinate transporting all trade show materials to the show, handle all customs functions, store product if necessary, and bring the materials to your specified location at the end of the show. Costing can be provided, up front, to cover all functions.
Q. What if we have a new customer in Budapest?
A. If you have a new customer in Budapest, Falcon will coordinate all shipments, regardless of the location, to satisfy your customer's demands. We will custom design programs according to your terms of sale with your customer.
Q. Do you provide insurance on shipments?
A. Working through a strategic partner, Falcon will provide, on request, Declared Value Coverage for our clients’ shipments.
Q. Can you help us to clear shipments inbound through US Customs?
A. Falcon's task is to manage the shipment process, providing “wheels up” customs clearance throughout the world. We constantly monitor the position of the shipment through this process.
Q. What do I do if my customs bond gets canceled?
A. Falcon will provide advice on how to quickly and efficiently set up your bond with US Customs to expedite import shipments. We fold this service into our complete, door-to-door business model.
Q. Can you provide statistics on all my customs entries?
A. Complete reporting capabilities are available to our clients on all US Customs entries and the status of those entries, including any problems that may have surfaced.
