Falcon participates in Everybody Wins! Metro Boston program starting January 2010. Everybody Wins! Metro Boston (EWMB) is the Boston-based affiliate of Everybody Wins! USA; a national literacy and mentoring nonprofit organization that increases children's opportunities for success in school and in life through one-to-one reading experiences with caring adults.
Everybody Wins! signature program, Power Lunch, is a lunchtime reading and mentoring program proven to improve reading skills and attitudes toward reading. Each week, volunteers from Falcon travel to local elementary schools during the lunch hour for one-to-one reading with students, promoting the skills and love of reading through reading aloud, sharing favorite stories, and talking about books.

On Tuesday, November 5 Deborah Lentz was arrested, transported, booked and given an opportunity to raise bail, all to help the Muscular Dystrophy Association and its efforts to help 2,500 people across Massachusetts. MDA is the nation’s largest voluntary health agency.
Ms. Lentz was joined by many other caring businesses and civic leaders in the Boston Seaport and Faneuil Hall area, and she had a great time smiling and dialing, calling friends and associates from MDA’s VIP Jail at McCormick & Schmick’s as part of the national fundraising Lock-Up program. MDA’s Lock-Up offers kind-hearted individuals the chance to volunteer an hour of time networking and meeting like-minded citizens, and is free, easy, and fun.
Efforts by jailbirds like Deborah Lentz helped MDA raise a record-breaking event total of $65,000 which will directly benefit residents of Boston, Brookline and Cambridge.
